Nice hotel in the city center. Our room was clean and the bed was great. Pillows we're huge and just perfect to sleep with. Unfortunately our rooms toilet had a bad odour.
Really great for the price. Great staff and pretty little hotel in a good location. Only thing our room had a bit of a weird smell that we asked if they could do something about...but the smell remained.
Great location, comfortable hotel. Don't waste money on the breakfast, there are tons of better and cheaper options in the vicinity. If driving, recommend calling and asking for directions as google Maps routed me down a pedestrian zone and then down a street my car almost didn't fit.
Two times, an excellent stay. I stayed at this hotel in November 2022 and again in January 2023. The clever use of space was noted with admiration. There are plenty of places to go around the hotel, the staff are very clear about closing times and what to do about after-hours' needs. I had no complaints; of course the cleaning people will make some noise! They're cleaning! Other families will be noisy, they are families! I was on my own and brought ear plugs as a rule. This hotel was beautiful, clean, non-obtrusive and very accommodating when I needed an extra room the second trip. Thank you, Granada, Thank you, Marquis Urban.-Caroline De Lussey
Very friendly staff, hotel is in a fantastic location, extremely central to all attractions + transport links. Nice clean rooms with funky decor and a lovely roof terrace. Great value for money!
Unique design of the rooms. Relaxing roof top patio. Service has been good, and the reception staff spoke decent English. Great experience.
Great hotel near the centre, easy walking distance. Pleasant room and friendly staff. Reasonable continental style breakfast. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed on the days we stayed there, but you can still go there with your own drinks etc. and the views are great.
great welcome despite checking in at 23:59, really appreciated that :-) breakfast a bit sparse, go to Terra across the square for breakfast. rooms as per photos. all staff seemed very happy in their work, pleasant and helpful. fantastic location. rooms quiet, despite being right in the centre. handy late-night supermarket 3 mins, car park 5 mins.
